Kayo Subscription Automatic Rollover
Your Bulldogs Digital Pass (Kayo subscription) is due to expire shortly. It is scheduled to automatically renew with us on the 28th of this month (or the first business day after this date if it falls on a weekend) at the significantly reduced rate of $255 for a 12-month subscription of Kayo basic (save $165) - Unless you have already called to opt out since receiving the initial email.
To obtain the discounted rate there is no action required by you.
How do I opt out of the Western Bulldogs digital subscription automatic rollover?
Simply call our membership team on 1300 46 36 47 before the rollover date listed above. Please note, once payment is processed, we are unable to offer a refund on this product.
PLEASE NOTE: Even after opting out with the Western Bulldogs, your Kayo subscription will still automatically renew, but through Kayo directly, at $35 a month ($420 across 12 months). This renewal will commence on the 12-month anniversary of when you inputted your voucher. To opt out of Kayo altogether you will need to cancel your Kayo subscription as well.
What happens after my money is deducted?
Within 48 hours, you will receive a voucher code from Kayo which you will need to put into the app before your previous voucher expires.
How to find your voucher expiration date:
To determine the expiration date of your 2023 voucher, follow these simple steps:
- Login to Kayo.
- Click on the dropdown menu icon in the top right-hand corner.
- Select the "My account" option.
- Locate your voucher expiration date under the "Subscription & billing" heading. Make sure you enter your new 2024 voucher code ahead of this time.
