WHAT TIME SHOULD I GET TO THE GAME?

Gates open two hours prior to the match. We recommend you get to the stadium at least 45 minutes before the start of the game to make sure you have time to check out the Footscray End, kit up for the match at our merchandise outlet find your seat.

WHAT GATE SHOULD I ENTER TO ACCESS GENERAL ADMISSION AREAS ON LEVEL 3?

You are able to walk all around Etihad Stadium both externally and internally. As a result, to gain access you can scan the barcode on the back of your membership card or paper ticket at any of the gates around Etihad Stadium. 

We recommend entering Etihad Stadium at Gate 7. This entry point is the Footscray End and is the best entry gate for Western Bulldogs fans. There is FREE face painting, FREE balloon artistry and the chance to meet and get your photo taken with Sid and Woofer.

AS A WESTERN BULLDOGS GENERAL ADMISSION MEMBER, CAN I UPGRADE TO A RESERVED SEAT?

General Admission members can upgrade to a reserved seat for individual matches throughout the season. This is useful for games that might draw a big crowd or if you want to experience footy from a different seating level.

Upgrades can be made through Ticketmaster by visiting ticketmaster.com.au, calling 1300 136 122 or at any of the box offices on match day.

You will need to quote the 12 digit barcode number of the back of your membership card when upgrading to a reserved seat and you will be charged the applicable fee based on what level you would like to sit. You will be given a paper ticket once you have completed the upgrade that will show your seat location and will also include your entry for the game. Your membership barcode will be blocked for that game and you will only be able to scan in with the paper ticket.

WHAT ARE THE BEST ACCESS POINTS FOR MOBILITY IMPAIRED PATRONS?

Etihad Stadium provides easy access for mobility impaired patrons through elevators, ramps and easily accessed mobility impaired seats and wheelchair bays.

Accessible lifts are located at street level at the Bourke Street and Harbour Esplanade entrances and connect to Etihad Stadium’s external concourse (Level 1). Internal lifts are located at Gates 1, 4, 6, 8 and 9.

Mobility impaired bathrooms are located in close proximity to mobility impaired seating bays. Stairwells are located adjacent to the lift lobbies and ramps are situated throughout all levels.

Access to the car park is only via the lifts or stairs. There is no ramp access. Parking at Etihad Stadium is available via the Bourke Street Extension (Car Parks A & B) or Wurundjeri Way (Car Parks D & E).

WHAT IS THE EJ WHITTEN SOCIAL CLUB?

The hub for all Western Bulldogs members with a Social Club add-on on game day is the iconic EJ Whitten Social Club. Enjoy a drink in our family friendly Club room as current and past Bulldog greats take to the stage for an exclusive question and answer sessions. The Social Club is located on Level 1 in the Victory Room.
