The club will be in contact regarding your unique barcode number. Your Ballarat membership access will be provided via a unique Ballarat barcode, which is separate from any existing Marvel Stadium membership barcode you may hold. It is important that you use this Ballarat‑specific barcode when redeeming your ticket entitlements in 2026.

For the 2026 season, Ballarat Members will have their membership entitlements replicated at Marvel Stadium. This allows members to redeem one reserved seat at Marvel Stadium for two home games of their choice during the 2026 season. These redemptions can be made for any of our home games played at Marvel Stadium.

To help you plan, we’ve put together a high‑demand game guide so you know when it’s best to redeem your seat, upgrade your location, or invite your mates along for a big game day.

Generally, the higher the demand for a game, the earlier we recommend redeeming your seat.

High‑Demand Game Guide

• High demand: redeem 3–7 days before the game
• Very high demand: redeem 7+ days before the game (if possible) to secure your seat

This guide is recommendation only and doesn’t mean you can’t redeem after these timeframes — it’s simply there to help you avoid disappointment for popular games.

1. Go to Ticketmaster.
2. Select the game you want to attend.
3. Click "Unlock Member Tickets".
4. Enter your 12-digit membership barcode.

5. Check out and scan in.

The best available seats will be assigned to you. This will most likely be on Level 1 at Marvel Stadium.

No, guests are not permitted. If you do wish to sit with other Ballarat members, place all barcodes in the same transaction.
