How do I use my Flexi Membership?
The Western Bulldogs Flexi Membership gives you the flexibility to attend a select number of home games - choose from 3, 6, or 9 matches. You’ll enjoy access to premium seating on Level 2 (Gold) or Level 1 (Silver), plus a range of exclusive member benefits.
You've purchase a Flexi membership - now it's time to make the most of it! Here's how simple it is to redeem your tickets:
- Go to the Western Bulldogs Ticketmaster Page
- Select the game you want to attend and click on Unlock Member Tickets
- Enter up to 10 barcodes (one per member).
- Add your member tickets to your cart, along with any discounted guest tickets you'd like to buy.
- Complete your purchase by paying the stadium fee and you're all set!

When to redeem your flexi tickets
To make the most of your Flexi membership, we recommend redeeming your tickets as early as possible, especially for high-demand or marquee games.
The Flexi Member Pre-Sale will begin at 12pm AEDT, Tuesday 17 February 2026 for Rounds 1 - 15. General public on sale will start on Wednesday 18 February 2025.While Flexi members can redeem tickets right up until game day, this is subject to stadium capacity, so it’s best to act early
When should I redeem my tickets?
With a Flexi Membership, you’ll need to redeem your seat for each game you plan to attend.
If you already know you’re going to a game, we recommend redeeming your ticket as early as possible to secure your seat. That said, we also know that one of the biggest benefits of Flexi Memberships is the flexibility they offer.
To help you plan, we’ve put together a high‑demand game guide so you know when it’s best to redeem your seat, upgrade your location, or invite your mates along for a big game day.
Generally, the higher the demand for a game, the earlier we recommend redeeming your seat.
High‑Demand Game Guide
- High demand: redeem 3–7 days before the game
- Very high demand: redeem 7+ days before the game (if possible) to secure your seat
This guide is recommendation only and doesn’t mean you can’t redeem after these timeframes — it’s simply there to help you avoid disappointment for popular games.
How do I redeem my tickets?
- Go to Ticketmaster.
- Select the game you want to attend.
- Click "Unlock Member Tickets".
- Enter your 12-digit membership barcode.
- You’ll find this on your physical membership card or in the Bulldogs App.
- Can’t find it? Click here for help.
- Choose your seat(s) on Level 2 (Gold) or Level 1 (Silver).
- Pay the stadium fee per ticket.
- Add guest tickets if you want friends or family to join you.
- Complete checkout - your tickets will be available in your Ticketmaster account.
Where will my tickets be allocated?
Gold Members
If you have purchased a Gold Flexi Membership you will be allocated the best available seat on level 2 at the time of redemption for your chosen game.
Silver Members
If you have purchased a Silver Flexi Membership you will be allocated the best available seat on level 1 at the time of redemption for your chosen game.
Can I bring guests?
Yes! You can add guest tickets during the booking process so friends or family can sit with you.
Where can I find my membership barcode?
Why do I have to pay $10 when redeeming for each game on Ticketmaster?
A Flexi Membership is designed to offer great value and flexibility, especially if you’re not able to attend every game.
Unlike a Reserved Seat Membership, where stadium ticket fees are included upfront, Flexi Memberships have a lower base price because those fees are only charged when you redeem a ticket for a game you attend.
When you redeem a seat through Ticketmaster, a small stadium fee applies:
- $10 for adults
- $5 for juniors
How does this compare to a Reserved Seat Membership?
For most Level 1 and Level 2 matches, the standard match‑day ticket value is significantly higher than the $10 redemption fee. With a Reserved Seat Membership, that per‑game stadium fee is built into the overall membership price, whether you attend the game or not.
That means:
- If you can’t make a game with a Reserved Seat Membership, you’ve still paid the stadium fee for that match.
- With a Flexi Membership, you only pay the stadium fee when you actually go.
Why this makes Flexi great value
Even if you plan to attend all the games included in your Flexi package (3, 6, or 9 games), your total annual cost remains lower than a Reserved Seat Membership. And if something comes up and you miss a game, you automatically save that $10 fee by simply not redeeming a ticket.
This makes Flexi Memberships a flexible, budget‑friendly way to support the Bulldogs, while still giving you access to great seats when you need them.
