Can I just scan in and sit in a seat at home games?
Yes, you can scan in and sit anywhere within your relevant Reserved Bay only.
What is my barcode number?
Your membership barcode is a 12-digit numerical code located at the bottom of your membership card. It’s your key to unlocking a range of benefits based on your membership type.
Use your barcode to upgrade your seat at games if you wish. It’s also required for accessing priority ticketing during major events.
Can I purchase guest passes?
Yes, guest passes can be purchased for Reserved Bays. These are limited, so please get in touch with your relevant Account Manager to secure these for each game.
