New Member Sign-Up Prize Draw – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility
   Any non-member who purchases a Western Bulldogs membership before Opening Round (Saturday 7 March 2026) will automatically be entered into the prize draw.
2. Prizes
   Each eligible entrant will go into the draw to win one of the following experiences:

• Star in the official team photo
• Train with the team experience
• Matchday experience: guard of honour and front-and-centre warm-up access
• 2 × tickets to the Charles Sutton Medal
• Signed 2026 Guernsey

One winner will be drawn for EACH experience.

1. Draw & Winner Notification
   Winners will be randomly selected and contacted on or by Monday 16 March 2026 using the contact details provided at the time of membership sign-up.
   If a winner does not respond within the timeframe specified in the notification, they will be deemed to have forfeited the prize, and another eligible entrant will be randomly selected.
2. Prize Fulfilment
   All prize dates, times and locations (including matchdays, training sessions, team photo day and events) are fixed and non-negotiable.
   If a winner is unable to attend the allocated date or time, no alternative date or substitute prize will be provided.
3. General
   Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
   The Club reserves the right to amend, withdraw or substitute any prize if required due to operational or unforeseen circumstances.
