PogoSeat Ticket Resale

The Western Bulldogs are trialling a new seat return platform called PogoSeat, designed to make it easier for members to return unused seats and for others to access them. This pilot is part of our commitment to improving your matchday experience and reducing empty seats at Marvel Stadium. If your seat is resold, the money goes directly back to you via a secure payout system. By testing this now, we’re exploring how this feature could offer more flexibility, convenience, and value for members next season. Your participation and feedback will help shape its future.

How to Return Your Seat via PogoSeat

1. Check Eligibility
   • You must be a Level 1 Reserved Seat Member with an Adult ticket type.
2. Verify Your Seller Account
   • You’ll receive an email with a link to verify your account.
   • Follow the link to complete and connect your account for payouts.
3. Log In to the Resale Platform
   • Use the link provided in the SMS > https://bulldogs.pogoseat.com
   • Log in using your Ticketmaster credentials.
4. Select the Match
   • Choose the upcoming match for which you want to return your seat.
   • Only eligible matches (e.g. Round 24 at Marvel Stadium) will appear.
5. List Your Seat
   • Select your seat(s) and set a resale price (up to 10% above face value).
   • Confirm and submit your listing.
6. Wait for Purchase
   • Your seat will be visible to General Admission Members in the closed-loop marketplace.
   • You’ll be notified once your seat is sold.
7. Receive Payment
   • Funds will be transferred to your account 24–48 hours after the match.
