ROUND 10

EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW TO ACCESS ROUND 10

 

1. I signed up as member BEFORE Monday 20th May and still haven't received my membership pack/card how do I get into the game on Saturday?

- Members who signed up before 20/5/2019 will have been emailed an electronic copy of their membership card. Check your inbox and junk email folders to see if this one has come through. Once received print this off and you can use this to scan in on Sunday.
- Members will also have access to print off their tickets via their MyBulldogs account. Log in
here using your member email and password, click 'manage tickets' and select Round 10, download and print. Once printed you can scan in using this for Round 10.
- Members will also be able to access their membership tickets via the Western Bulldogs Club App. Once in the Club App click on the 'Digital Card' tile, log in using your member email and password, click on the Round 10 game and use the barcode to scan in on your phone.

2. I signed just signed up as member on and want to access Round 10. How do I get access?

- Members who signed up on 20/5/2019 or later can access their membership via their MyBulldogs account. Log in here using your member email and password, click 'manage tickets' and select Round 10, download and print. Once printed you can scan in using this for Round 10.
- Members will also be able to access their membership tickets via the Western Bulldogs Club App. Once in the Club App click on the 'Digital Card' tile, log in using your member email and password, click on the Round 10 game and use the barcode to scan in on your phone.

- Members can also contact the Club on Thursday to request a ticket be emailed to them for Round 10. This must be done before 2pm on Friday. Its best to call 1300 46 36 47.
- If you are unable to get through via phone you can see our membership team on game day. Our Membership Club Hub will be located outside Gate 5.

 

3. I have not signed up as a member yet but want to. I also want to get in for Round 10 what do I do?

- You can see our membership team on game day. Our Membership Club Hub will be located outside Gate 5.

4. I have lost my membership card what do I do?

- Members will be able to access their membership tickets via the Western Bulldogs Club App. Once in the Club App click on the 'Digital Card' tile, log in using your member email and password, click on the Round 10 game and use the barcode to scan in on your phone. CLICK HERE FOR A VIDEO DEMONSTRATION

5. I have a Flexi Membership does this work for Round 10?

- YES. Flexi is for home games at Marvel only.
