ACCESSING YOUR 2025 WESTERN BULLDOGS MATCHDAY TICKET
Western Bulldogs members can access their 2025 match tickets via the Western Bulldogs Official App, using their MyBulldogs Account login.
Tickets will be available to download five weekdays prior to the match.
Tip: Save your ticket to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet before match day to ensure quick and easy entry at the gate.
How to Access Your Tickets
- Open the Western Bulldogs Official App
- Download your ticket(s) once available
- Add your ticket(s) to your Apple or Google Wallet
- Transfer tickets to others if needed
- Note: Screenshots of tickets will not be accepted at the gate
Troubleshooting Ticket Access
If you're unable to see your tickets in the app, try the steps below:
- Log out of your account, then log back in
- Check for app updates:
- Open the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android)
- Search for Western Bulldogs
- Tap Update if available
- Reopen the app and try again
- Uninstall and reinstall the app if necessary

On match day, visit our Membership Team at Gate 5 for in-person assistance at all Western Bulldogs home games.

Make sure you're using the latest version of the Western Bulldogs App. Visit the App Store or Google Play to check for updates.
Forgot Your Login Details?
- Open the Western Bulldogs App
- Tap Member Tickets
- Select Forgot Password
- Follow the Ticketmaster prompts to reset your password
Make sure you use the email linked to your Bulldogs membership.
Managing Multiple Memberships?
- Swipe right on the ticket screen to view all barcodes
- Tap your name (top of screen) to switch between profiles
- We recommend linking your accounts and adding all tickets to your mobile wallet before game day
Want to Share a Ticket?
- Use the Transfer feature to send tickets to friends or family
- The recipient must have the Western Bulldogs App and their own MyBulldogs login
- Make sure the ticket is accepted before first bounce
