Our membership portal is hosted on Ticketmaster. All your Ticketmaster accounts are joined by an email address and/or phone number.
- To change your email address, you will need to log in to your Ticketmaster account and head to MyProfile and update your contact details.
- To update your address or payment methods, log into your account via the Western Bulldogs App and head to Account Information.
If you do not have access to your email, we recommend calling our Membership team on 1300 46 36 47 to unlink your email. Please only do this if you no longer have access to that email as your account can become locked if it is changed too many times.
Where to find your invoice
If you were a 2024 member and haven’t renewed yet, we’ve automatically created an invoice for you with the same membership for the upcoming season. To keep your membership, simply review and complete your renewal using the link below:
