What is the Club Member on-sale?

The Club Member on-sale is an exclusive early access period for Western Bulldogs members to secure tickets for select matches, including the Round 2 match against Collingwood, before they are available to the general public.

How can I redeem my tickets during the on-sale?

Members will need to redeem their tickets through Ticketmaster (for Marvel Stadium) and Ticketek (MCG) by entering their 12-digit membership barcode.

The barcode is located on the back of your membership card or can be found in your MyBulldogs account. If further assistance is required, members should contact the Membership Team directly or access the link below:

What types of tickets can I redeem during the on-sale?

Members are eligible to redeem one (1) ticket per member barcode, and a maximum of ten (10) tickets per transaction using their 2025 membership barcode.

Some membership types allow for the purchase of additional guest passes or tickets for family and friends (depending on membership entitlements). This can be completed by contacting their respective Account Manager.

For Marvel Stadium home matches, Reserved Seat Members are not required to redeem tickets on a weekly basis, however the redemption process is required for our 100-year celebration match at the MCG in Round 2.

Members are eligible to redeem one (1) ticket per member barcode, with a maximum of ten (10) tickets per transaction.

How can I confirm my seat for the Round 2 match against Collingwood?

For the Round 2 match against Collingwood, members must redeem their seat through Ticketek using their 12-digit barcode(s).

All membership types (except General Admission) are required to redeem a Reserved Seat, at no additional cost.

General Admission (GA) is available for this game and GA members can scan in on the day, subject to capacity.

Can I upgrade my general admission membership to a reserved seat?

Yes; General Admission Members can upgrade their seating from Level 3 general admission to a reserved seat on Level 1 or Level 2 during the Member On-sale, by using their 12-digit barcode(s).

How do I redeem my tickets if I have a Flexi Membership?

Flexi Members can redeem their tickets during the Member On-sale using their 12-digit membership barcode. Depending on their membership type (Gold or Silver), they can access either Level 2 (Gold) or Level 1 (Silver) seating at both Marvel Stadium matches and for our MCG match.

What happens if I miss the member on-sale?

If a member misses the on-sale, they can still purchase tickets during the general public on-sale or until tickets are sold out. However, we encourage members to secure their tickets early to avoid missing out.

Please note all membership tickets/redemptions are subject to capacity and availability.

I have not received my 2025 membership card; how can I access matches?

Members can access their digital membership card via the Western Bulldogs app. If members require assistance accessing their digital membership card, they can follow the instructions provided in their membership communication or contact the Membership Team for assistance.

How can I get help if I’m having trouble redeeming my ticket?

If members encounter any issues redeeming their tickets during the member on-sale, they can contact the Membership Team by calling 1300 46 36 47 (available from 10:00am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday) or emailing membership@westernbulldogs.com.au.

How can I contact the Membership Team for further assistance on match-day?

The Membership Team will be available at Guest Services (Gate 5) at Marvel Stadium and Gates 1 and 5 at the MCG on match days.
