How do I opt out of the Western Bulldogs digital subscription automatic rollover?
Simply call our membership team on 1300 46 36 47 before the rollover date listed above. Please note, once payment is processed, we are unable to offer a refund on this product.

PLEASE NOTE: Even after opting out with the Western Bulldogs, your Kayo subscription will still automatically renew, but through Kayo directly, at $35 a month ($420 across 12 months). This renewal will commence on the 12-month anniversary of when you inputted your voucher. To opt out of Kayo altogether you will need to cancel your Kayo subscription as well.

What happens after my money is deducted?
2025 Vouchers will start being sent from the 1st of December 2024.

After December 1st, Members can expect to receive a voucher code from Kayo within 48 hours which you will need to put into the app before your previous voucher expires.

How to find your voucher expiration date:
To determine the expiration date of your 2024 voucher, follow these simple steps:

1. Login to Kayo.
2. Click on the dropdown menu icon in the top right-hand corner.
3. Select the "My account" option.
4. Locate your voucher expiration date under the "Subscription & billing" heading. Make sure you enter your new 2024 voucher code ahead of this time.
