Your membership barcode is a 12-digit numerical code located at the bottom of your membership card. It’s your key to unlocking a range of benefits based on your membership type.

Use your barcode to upgrade your seat at games if you wish. It’s also required for accessing priority ticketing during major events.

Physical Membership Card

All members who purchase a full-priced membership product will receive a physical membership card as part of their membership pack. This card includes your unique barcode and is mailed to your nominated address.

Mobile Membership Access

All members - regardless of membership type - have access to a digital membership card via the Western Bulldogs App. This mobile card includes your barcode and can be used to:

• Scan into games
• Upgrade seats
• Access member-exclusive offers
• Secure tickets for major events like Finals or the Grand Final

Members Who Purchase a Member Offer

If you’ve purchased a member offer (e.g. discounted or promotional membership), you will not receive a physical card. Instead, your membership is fully digital and can be accessed through the Western Bulldogs App.

We highly recommend the use of your digital membership card because it is the fastest way to scan into your chosen games. Please ensure you have added your digital membership ticket to your specific phone's wallet before arriving at the game.

General Admission access is subject to venue capacity.
While we always allocate capacity for our General Admission members to scan in, very high‑demand games may reach capacity earlier than expected. In these rare cases, entry can’t be guaranteed.

To give yourself peace of mind, we highly recommend upgrading to a reserved seat for popular matches. A reserved seat guarantees your place and lets you choose where you’ll sit.

Use the guide below to see which games are most likely to sell out and when we recommend upgrading. The earlier you upgrade, the better the seat choice.

If you want to secure your seat, follow the below steps. For high drawing games, we suggest upgrading your seat as early as possible. The sooner you upgrade, the better your seat options will be. Here’s how you can do it:

1. Head to Ticketmaster's Western Bulldogs page.
2. Select the game you'd like to upgrade.
3. "Click on "Unlock Tickets"
4. Enter up to 10 member barcodes (How to find your barcode)
5. Select "Member Upgrade " for each barcode and choose your seats
6. Complete payment to secure your tickets for the game.

General Admission (GA) Members have access to Level 3 seating at Marvel Stadium. However, seating is not reserved and is available on a first-in, first-served basis.

Important things to know:

• Level 3 Access: GA members can sit anywhere within the designated GA areas on Level 3. On occasion, some sections may be on-sold to the general public, meaning GA access may be limited to specific rows or bays.
• Fully Ticketed Matches: For high-demand games, matches may be classified as fully ticketed. In these cases, GA members will be required to upgrade their ticket to secure a seat. If this applies to a match, it will be communicated to members in advance via email and the Western Bulldogs App.
• Level 1 Access (Occasional): For lower-attendance games, GA seating may be available on Level 1. This is determined on a game-by-game basis. To confirm Level 1 access:

1. Contact Membership Services prior to the game
2. Speak to Marvel Stadium staff on the day
