Missed a Membership Payment? Here’s What You Need to Know

We weren’t able to process your recent membership payment.
This can happen for a few reasons, including:

  • Your credit or debit card has expired
  • Your card was declined by your bank
  • There are insufficient funds in your account
  • Your payment details need to be updated

What Happens Next?

  • If you miss one payment:
    Your membership remains active, but you’ll need to update your payment details to avoid interruption.
  • If you miss two or more payments:
    Your membership may be suspended and your access to games could be blocked until your payments are up to date.
