These Western Bulldog Football Club Membership Terms and Conditions (Terms & Conditions) apply to all memberships of the Western Bulldogs Football Club Ltd for the 2025 AFL Premiership Season. By purchasing a Club Membership (including a renewal), you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
The Western Bulldogs Football Club may, where reasonably necessary, vary the terms and conditions of Western Bulldogs Football Club membership. The Western Bulldogs Football Club will communicate any change to its membership terms and conditions via the Western Bulldogs Football Club website. Members will have no claim against the Western Bulldogs Football Club by reason of any change to its membership terms and conditions.
2. Personal details
It is the responsibility of the member to notify the Western Bulldogs should their details change, including the issuing or withdrawal of concession status, member contact details or any relevant information that could affect their membership with the Western Bulldogs.
3. Membership: A Non-Transferable Product
The Western Bulldogs membership card is issued for personal use only and remains the property of the Western Bulldogs. Membership cards may not be sold, exploited for commercial use, or used for promotional purposes or campaigns without the express written permission of the Western Bulldogs.
4. Lost/Stolen Membership cards
To arrange for a membership card to be reprinted and barcode number cancelled, please contact Membership Services on 03 8899 7414. Please note that membership cards cannot be replaced on match day. However, if you need to gain entry to the Stadium, please see the membership team located at Gate 5 (Marvel Stadium) for assistance.
5. Replacement games
Replacement games will not be provided in 2025 as the Marvel home game membership has been re-classified as a 9 game members.
6. General Admission access to matches
Access to matches is not guaranteed. Access is subject to capacity and you are encouraged to reserve a seat to guarantee entry, particularly at high demand matches. Members will be required to pay additional fees and charges when reserving a seat. Access may be gained to unreserved seating on a first-come first served basis subject to availability and members can upgrade to a reserved seat at the venue for an additional fee (subject to availability). Matches will be categorised by anticipated demand to give you indication on how to best access the game with your membership. Please see for details regarding match categories and how to obtain reserved seating. The Western Bulldogs do not guarantee that tickets will be available to all members for all matches.
7. Junior policy
Children under the age of six as at 1st January can enter the venue free of charge, however they must not occupy a seat where seats are at a premium. Children over the age of six, and under the age of 15 as at 1st January, will be required to obtain a junior membership.
8. Concession policy
In order to apply for a concession membership, you will be required to provide photocopy evidence of your concession status. Valid concession types include a stamped, receipted 2021 enrolment form from an appropriate educational institution or a 2025 student card, clearly identifying the member as a full-time student for the entire season, aged, single parent or disability pension card, veteran affairs card and TPI. All other concession types, including Health Care Cards, are not an accepted form of concession for membership. As a student, you can defer your payment until 31st March 2025 when you have your concession documentation. If you choose to do this, you will be unable to utilise any of your membership benefits until payment is made. Please contact Membership Services should you wish to defer payment. Students who choose to renew their membership at the adult rate will be required to lodge their student discount refund request by close of business on 1st May 2025. Refund requests received after this time will not be accepted.
9. Family membership
A standard family membership is inclusive of two adults and two juniors (as per junior policy)
10. Long distance discount
Western Bulldogs members living more than 120km from Marvel Stadium are eligible for a Long Distance membership. When applying for the discount for the first time, you will need to supply proof of residency (for example, copy of your rates notice, gas bill etc) to establish the authenticity of your address and application. PO boxes without supporting documentation will not be accepted. Long Distance members living outside of Victoria are entitled to one (1) free ticket to one (1) game in their state. To redeem this ticket, the member must contact Western Bulldogs Membership Services on 03 8899 7414 to attend a Western Bulldogs game in their state (subject to availability). Ticket orders should be placed by members 4-6 weeks prior to the game.
11. Reserved seat packages
For 2025 all members in Gold and Silver categories of membership are effectively general admission. Your access is subject to capacity and availability. Members are not guaranteed access to games at Marvel Stadium. In order to guarantee a seat, members must pay a $10 fee (adult and concession) or a $5 fee (junior). Seats are subject to capacity and availability and are not guaranteed. This fee must be paid to the ticketing agent (Ticketmaster) via the online ticketing platform. Members will be required to pay additional fees and charges when reserving a seat. The Western Bulldogs do not guarantee that tickets will be available to all members for all matches.
12. Ballarat membership
Members must hold either a 4 Game Ballarat or 2 Game Ballarat add-on membership to gain access to a reserved seat at home matches at Mars Stadium as part of their membership. Ballarat members must use their Ballarat membership card to scan into Mars Stadium.
13. EJ Whitten Social Club
EJ Whitten Social Club memberships are limited and subject to capacity. EJ Whitten Social Club members must hold a membership which entitles access to 5 games or higher.
14. Toyota AFL Finals Series (WEEKS 1 TO 3)
Western Bulldogs members with game day entitlements are given priority access (over non-members) to purchase a ticket to Toyota AFL Finals Series matches. Toyota AFL Finals Series matches are administered by the AFL with the core advantage to Western Bulldogs members being a priority access period for the opportunity to purchase a ticket to the game (subject to participation) before the general public. The priority access period is also extended to members of the other competing Club. Neither the Club nor its members have the same rights as they receive for Home and Away Games and members who hold a reserved seat package will be unable to retain their annual reserved seat.
16. Toyota AFL Grand Final
Should the Western Bulldogs qualify to participate in the 2025 Toyota AFL Grand Final, the Western Bulldogs Football Club will communicate information relating to the Grand Final to members once arrangements are finalised should we be participating in finals. This will include information regarding accessing a Grand Final ticket. This information will be communicated via email and posted on www.westernbulldogs.com.au. It is the responsibility of the member to ensure that their contact information is correct and that they have familiarised themselves with this information. Those members with Priority/Guaranteed Access through holding EJ Whitten Social Club membership as part of their membership will be required to follow the appropriate procedures as communicated by the Club in order to secure their ticket. Members who do not follow the procedure as outlined by the Club will forfeit their right to access a ticket.
17. AFL Membership
Should the Western Bulldogs participate in the 2025 Toyota AFL Grand Final, AFL Full Members will be required to purchase tickets through the AFL Reserve allocation. Conversely, AFL Silver Members who upgrade to an EJ Whitten Social Club membership will have access to purchase Toyota AFL Grand Final ticketing via the EJ Whitten Social Club allocation as they do not have access to purchase tickets through the AFL Reserve allocation. AFL members are eligible for a discount on Western Bulldogs Reserved seat memberships. It is the responsibility of the AFL member to contact the Club and advise the Club of their AFL membership status if they wish the discount to be applied to their membership.
18. Cancellation Policy
Exchanges or refunds are not available on memberships or additional products purchased. If a Western Bulldogs member wishes to cancel their membership product, an opt out form must be completed and returned to Membership Services via email to membership@westernbulldogs.com.au, via post to PO Box 4112 DC, West Footscray VIC 3012 or in person at Mission Whitten Oval. If the fulfilment items have been sent prior to the request for cancellation, the membership product will not be refunded. The Western Bulldogs Football Club reserves the right to cancel a membership without refund to any member that breaches the terms and conditions of membership. Any membership cancelled by the Western Bulldogs will result in consecutive years of membership being ceased.
19. Voting Rights
Only ordinary, life or full (Social Club) members whose name appears on the Official Register of Members as of 1st June each year, and who are over the age of 18, shall be eligible to vote at the Annual General Meeting (AGM). The Club’s AGM is usually held in late December, and notification of the meeting is placed in the sporting pages of Melbourne's Herald Sun newspaper and on www.westernbulldogs.com.au
20. Members Privacy
All personal information you provide will be used by the Western Bulldogs Football Club, AFL and on behalf of selected third parties in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This may include promotional and direct marketing purposes and other disclosures as specified in our Privacy Policy found at www.westernbulldogs.com.au/privacy. By providing your personal information, you agree to such use. Your personal information will be kept securely and confidentially. Although you may choose not to provide us with certain information, please be aware that this choice may affect the quality of service we can provide to you.
21. Members discount
Members will receive a 10% discount on selected items from the Bulldogs Shop online and at Mission Whitten Oval. The discount is to be given at the Club’s discretion.
