Special Conditions which apply to the “Try Before You Buy Campaign” "Buy 25 get 24 for $1"

1. These special conditions apply to the “Try Before You Buy Campaign”. To the extent of any inconsistency between these special conditions and the standard membership Terms & Conditions these special conditions prevail.

1. The Offer is a promotional offer whereby a person subscribes for either a 2025 Full or Part Season membership and obtains the right to attend (subject to availability and clause 11.12) the 2024 regular season (excluding finals) games included with the promotion, subject to these terms and conditions and membership generally.

1. By accepting this offer the Member agrees to purchase either a 2025 Full Season or Part Season Membership Package.

1. Payment for the $1 Membership Offer must be by way of credit or debit card nominated by the member at the time of accepting the offer. Card details will be held by us (or our membership platform provider) and the member authorises us to deduct / charge future payments from the nominated card.

1. Members who accept this offer will be charged either a Full Season or Part Season Membership Package depending on the type of membership package selected. The charges will be made on or about October 28, 2024. The Member can select a payment plan being either full payment or part payment with later instalments.

1. Members will be required to pay a deposit at the time of subscribing. The deposit amount will be confirmed at the time of subscribing. The deposit paid at time of accepting will be deducted from the full price of the chosen 2025 Full Season or Part Season Membership Package selected by the Member.

1. If the member selects the type of Package (Full or Part Season) they are subscribing for at the time of accepting the $1 Membership Offer, no further payment reminders or correspondence will be forwarded by us to the Member. We will send an Order and Payment Confirmation, via email, to the member following the balance being charged to the member’s nominated credit card on or about October 28, 2024.

1. This offer is only available to members who are not current 2024 Full Season or Part Season Members and is for a limited time and is subject to availability.

1. Any Member who purchases over the phone through outbound telemarketing has the right to cancel this subscription within 30 business days from and including the day after the subscription is accepted.

1. Late payment and cancellation fees apply to any Member who accepts this offer, then does not meet the requirements of this agreement.

1. We reserve the right to not accept any request for membership to be determined wholly within our discretion.
