We Tried to Send Your Membership Renewal Notice, but It Bounced!

We attempted to send your 2025 membership renewal notice, but your email bounced. To ensure you don’t miss important updates, please take one of the following actions:

1. Update Your Email Address
If your email in the SMS you received is incorrect, you will need to update it. Our membership system is linked to your Ticketmaster account, so to update the email associated with your membership, please update your email in your Ticketmaster account by clicking HERE. To log in, you will need to use the email address displayed in the text message. Once updated, we will resend your renewal notice to your correct email within 3 business days.

2. Confirm the Email We Have is Correct
If the email address listed in the SMS you received is correct, fill out the form below, and we’ll remove you from our bounce list and try sending your notice again within 3 business days.

Your 2025 Membership Renewal Information:

Your membership(s) for both yourself and any linked accounts is set to automatically renew for the 2025 season.

• For upfront payments: The charge will occur on Wednesday, October 23, 2024.
• For monthly payments: The first installment will be on Monday, October 28, 2024.
